KEY CONSIDERATIONS

• SELECTING COLOURS - Before placing an order with us, one of the options is that clients purchase a copy of "Annapurna Colour Chart". We offer that chart for sale. Price per copy is US$15.00 plus shipping. That chart contains some 400 colours to choose from. When ordering, clients simply quote the colour reference code. This will enable us to dye the materials to that corresponding colour (+ or - 5%). Because of different monitor settings, clients should abstain from relying on internet colour charts because of colour distortions.

• CHOOSING SIZES - For guidance purposes only, a chart of Standard Sizes of ladies clothing is available here. To access that information, CLICK HERE. While the chart may be consulted for reference purposes, it is by no means an absolute tool and making use of that chart is purely arbitrary. When placing orders, clients should feel free to modify any of the chart's parameters. And in that event, it is clients' sole responsibility to advise us of the changes they want us to make, which may of course differ widely with the standard measurements appearing on the chart. Obviously, for custom made-clothing, the size modifications will differ even more widely, from the chart's established norms or "standard measurements"
   
• CLOTHING QUALITY STANDARDS - In this country, where goods are personalised but also hand-made, we pay special attention to the quality of sewing. We choose our materials very carefully and have put into place strict internal quality control ("QC") procedures at every stage of production.

HOW TO ORDER

1. As we mention above, do mail us a sketch or drawing of the clothing item YOU want, together with your exact requirements and specifications (measurements/sizes, style, a patron is almost essential – or the actual piece of clothing you want to reproduce, type of material you prefer, and any other logos, trade marks, type of buttons you prefer, special stitching etc. If you require embroidery, please so state and send us details of embroidery, colours, size, etc. and where to be placed?
   Note:  If you require zippers, please bear in mind that there are many qualities.  We recommend that (in Asia in particular), you always purchase “best quality”
   Then mail your package by courier mail (4 days) addressed as follows:

2. After you have received our sample and had an opportunity to touch, feel and pass
   judgment on the quality of the product, simply email us to advise the quantity(ies) you require.  We will then quote you OUR BEST WHOLESALE PRICES based on your information. Our prices will always be quoted on FOB Kathmandu, Nepal, basis.
